All services are delivered under agreed scopes, documented in writing, and executed in alignment with Google Ads and Indian regulatory standards.

3. Use of Services

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond promptly to our communication
• Use services for lawful business purposes only
• Respect all third-party platform terms (e.g., Google, Meta)

We reserve the right to refuse or suspend service for violations of these terms or applicable laws.

4. Payments & Invoicing

• All pricing is shared in advance via official quotations
• Services may require upfront payment or milestone-based billing
• GST is included where applicable and stated clearly
• Work begins only after mutual agreement and written confirmation

We do not provide refunds once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Timelines & Communication

• Project timelines are approximate and depend on scope, third-party approvals, and client responsiveness
• You will receive updates through email or scheduled calls

We are not liable for delays caused by platform policies, algorithm changes, or client-side delays.

6. Content & Ownership

• Final deliverables (e.g., websites, ad creatives) become your property after full payment is received
• We retain ownership of concepts, drafts, and frameworks unless explicitly transferred in writing
• Unauthorized use, duplication, or resale is prohibited

7. Policy Alignment

We do not engage in:

• Deceptive marketing or exaggerated claims
• Promotion of restricted content (e.g., gambling, pharmaceuticals, or misleading financial services)
• Fake traffic, bots, or engagement manipulation

Our practices are designed to fully align with:

• Google Ads & SEO policies
• Indian e-commerce & advertising laws
• Client transparency and accountability

8. Limitation of Liability

We strive for excellent service, but we are not liable for:

• Platform-related suspensions or bans (e.g., Google Ads account reviews)
• Changes in algorithm performance
• Delays caused by third-party platforms or incomplete client cooperation

9. Termination of Services

We may discontinue service if:

• Terms are violated
• Payments are overdue without valid reason
• Communication becomes abusive, unprofessional, or unethical

Clients may also discontinue services with prior written notice. Any work completed until that point remains billable.
